So this time, I have tried the one at Des gâteaux et du pain from Claire Damon, when I saw all the galette explosion, those are so shiny, and I can feel the crispy pastry.it can be!! I can't wait to taste!

I have tried many Galette in my life, but I have to say, this one is Crazy!
