L'éclairs de génie

French pastries have their reputation right? I had try so many éclairs in Paris, but i can tell that those one are the best. Why? First of all their choux pastry is crispy on the outside and soft in the Inside, and it is always fill with the perfect cream. I had try almost all the flavor and they are all good.
